You and your horse are more than a lot number to us. Our marketing depatment actively promotes every consignment through individual horse spotlights, photos, videos, reels, collaborations, consgnore features, buyer outreach and extensive social, radio and print media promotion.

What fees will I have to pay?
A catalogue fee of $125 per horse or $250 per team is required to consign. The sale commission on all horses is 9%.
Does my horse need to be registered?
Absolutely not but if you are selling your horses as registered, all original registration papers must be submitted with correct signed transfer - no exceptions. Horse will be sold as grade if a transfer is not provided.
What does the preview involve?
This is your chance to showcase your sale horse to serious buyers. You will have 15 mins in the arena and roping cattle/skid will be available . The preview starts at 9 am.
Terms & Conditions
Only horses consigned to the sale are allowed on the grounds. All horses consigned to the True North Horse Sale are expected to remain in the sale and be offered for sale on Sept.7th, 2026 in Rossburn, MB All horses must go through the sale ring - no alley trading allowed. The accuracy of all catalogue information is the soled responsibility of the consignir.
Can I put a reserve on my horse?
Yes! Anyone can put a reserve on their horse. If the reserve is not met there is a $200 buy back fee. Let us know your reserve during the preview.
What is available for sale horses on site?
Tie Stalls which are large enough to untie your horse, light panels available to close in stall. Water (bring bucket) and square bales.
There is also a rodeo arena, light horse arena and race track available for your use.
There is lots of room for camping but no services.
