Denver is a 12 y/o brown gelding with solid build.  He is 14.3 hh and was purchased in April as a sale project.   

He has been rode regularly ever since in the arena, on the trails, open fields and on the track.  He was used in a feedlot with a previous owner and has been roped off of (no other information of his past could be produced) but I liked the way he looked and the fact that he was used for feedlot work and he appeared quite well mannered.

 used him for a half day in the community pasture where he handled all the commotion of cattle and horses running with ease.  Trailers well and stands quiet.

He has a solid walk, trot and lope and is very quiet and kind of the ground and in saddle.  I would say he has more whoa than go but does walk out when there is somewhere to go and someone to go with.  He looks around but does not spook or bolt.  

Denver has a good handle on him and has very good ground manners.   You can tell someone has spent a lot of time on him.  He has been  ponied with precious cargo (my absolutely terrified 11 y/o son). 

His most recent owner sold him with the disclaimer that he has bucked so he was sent to Justin Bridgeman for a 5 day refresher and has never tried anything since but is recommended for someone experienced.

We believe Denver will make a good using horse or trail horse and we wanted to give him a second chance to find his person.  He really is a nice gelding and I would keep him if I could.
